High school students are invited to join our leadership council to learn about local environmental issues and collaborate with other students on student-led environmental and service projects. The council meets twice a month beginning September 7th and applications are open until August 31st.

During the 2022-23 school year, we will be offering introductory filmmaking classes once per semester and then allowing students to work in small teams on their film on a flexible schedule throughout the school year. We also provide support for teachers wanting to engage their students in film projects which have an environmental or ʻāina-based focus.

After a two year pause, our annual benefit dinner is back on August 6th at Sugar Beach Event’s beautiful oceanfront venue in Kīhei. This year’s event will feature a six course farm-to-table meal, live music, and student films.
